You are looking at a beautiful and very capable Lexus GX470. These cars are the hottest trend in going off-roading, or in general, something that can be a nice daily driver and then go camping on weekends and not worry if the road is paved or not. Outside of the US, these are sold as Toyota Prado 120 Landcruiser-2, so yes they can take a beating.

This is a 2009 model, which was the last year for the GX470. They have the silky-smooth V8 4.7L engine which is legendary. There is a lot of previous service & maintenance in the glove box, including timing belt & water pump service on 9/6/2019 at 168,609 miles. Then we took it to another level with new front shocks and struts, control arm, linkage, as well as both front axles. A 3" lift was added to the front, and the electronic dampner was eliminated. On the rear suspension, we kept the recently serviced airbags (rebuilt by Arnot), and just did an airbag trick to raise it a couple of inches. An off-roading roof rack was added, which also has LED lights (lights are not connected, due to various wiring options). Tires were upgraded to 285/70/17 NEXEN Roadian AT PRO 2 tires, which have great grip, yet are very quiet on the hwy. Factory chrome wheels were PlastiDipped for a better look.

Oh, it has dual DVDs in the headrests, Mark Levinson sound, and Lexus Link as well.
